Judge warns Diddy to stop making faces at jurors during trial after witness details shocking balcony incident.

Sean “Diddy” Combs received a stern warning from the judge presiding over his federal trial on Thursday, as concerns about his courtroom behavior surfaced.
On the 17th day of proceedings, Judge Arun Subramanian admonished Diddy for “nodding vigorously” and making faces at jurors during witness testimony, warning that such conduct could lead to sanctions—including potential removal from the courtroom.
The judge’s caution came after a tense cross-examination of Bryana Bongolan, a key witness who alleges that Diddy once held her over the edge of a 17-story balcony during a disturbing 2016 incident.
The courtroom moment grew even more intense after jurors exited, when Judge Subramanian addressed Diddy’s defense attorney, Marc Agnifilo, about the possible impact Diddy’s expressions could have on the jury’s perception of the case.
The defense team focused heavily on the timeline Bongolan provided, specifically questioning whether Diddy could have physically been in Los Angeles on the date she alleged—September 26, 2016.
According to the defense, Diddy was on the East Coast for his “Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour” and was also seen attending an event in New York City with Cassie on the same date. Additionally, hotel records from Trump International showed a room booked under Diddy’s alias, “Frank Black,” from September 24 to 29.
Pressed on how Diddy could be in two places at once, Bongolan couldn’t offer an explanation. On redirect, prosecutors asked why she was unsure of the date, to which she responded that the event happened years ago and exact details were hard to recall.
Bongolan maintained that during the alleged incident, she and Diddy were either smoking or about to smoke a blunt on a balcony when he suddenly grabbed her, held her over the railing, and shouted, “You know what the f*** you did.”
She claimed he then pulled her back and slammed her into nearby furniture. When questioned about why she continued to interact with Diddy and Cassie afterward, Bongolan offered no clear explanation.
The trial continues, with tensions mounting both inside and outside the courtroom.
