Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new $10 million civil lawsuit filed by Edmond Laurent, a former model and exotic dancer, who accuses the rapper of drugging, sexually assaulting, and infecting him with an STD in a series of disturbing incidents dating back to the late 2000s.

The suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, names Combs, an unnamed woman (Jane Doe), and other unidentified associates as defendants for alleged sexual battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence.

According to Variety, According to the 32-page complaint, Laurent, who worked under the stage name “Islander,” says the abuse began after he was booked to perform at a private party for a masked couple — later identified as Combs and the Jane Doe.

Over several encounters at high-end hotels like The Mondrian and The Intercontinental in LA, Laurent claims he was pressured into consuming alcohol laced with drugs, including Rohypnol and ketamine, and was ultimately rendered unconscious and anally raped.

The suit alleges that during one encounter, the condom Laurent used was intentionally punctured by the woman’s fingernails, exposing him to an STD.

Laurent later developed anal warts, suffered severe gastrointestinal illness, and was diagnosed with stomach cancer.

The complaint includes disturbing descriptions of coercive sex acts and manipulation by Combs, who allegedly used his fame and influence to exploit Laurent.
