Angelina and son Pax smile at the premiere of her film Without Blood at TIFF
Angelina Jolie‘s new movie Without Blood premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) on September 8, and she had a very special guest with her—her 20-year-old son, Pax.
Pax, who helped work on the movie, was there to cheer on his mom and even gave her a big standing ovation after the movie was shown.
Before the premiere, Angelina talked about how happy she was that Pax is feeling better after a bike accident in July. Pax and his older brother Maddox, 23, both worked behind the scenes on the movie, helping in the assistant director department.
After the movie, Angelina and the actors, including Salma Hayek and Demián Bichir, took part in a short question-and-answer session with the audience. Pax sat with Salma Hayek’s husband and proudly stood up to clap for his mom and the cast.
Without Blood is based on a book by Alessandro Baricco. It tells the story of a family living on a farm who face a terrible attack from gunmen. The movie explores how the family deals with the tragedy.
Angelina has worked with her kids on other projects too. Her daughter Vivienne, 16, recently helped out as a production assistant on the musical The Outsiders.
