In a devastating turn of events early Friday morning, a massive fire tore through the $7 million Los Angeles mansion belonging to British model and actress Cara Delevingne.

The incident, which occurred in Studio City, resulted in at least one reported injury and extensive damage to the property.

The blaze was first reported at 3:52 a.m., engulfing the sprawling mansion while Delevingne, 31, was away in the UK.

The actress has been captivating audiences with her portrayal of Sally Bowles in “Cabaret” at the Playhouse Theatre in London and was photographed just the previous night enjoying a night out.

The inferno drew an urgent response from emergency services, with 94 firefighters from 13 different engine companies rushing to the scene.

Despite their efforts, the fire spread rapidly, reaching the attic and causing significant damage to the roof, which ultimately collapsed. It took over two hours for firefighters to fully extinguish the flames, underscoring the ferocity of the blaze.

While the cause of the fire remains unknown, its impact was palpable.

Four ambulances were dispatched to the scene, with reports indicating that one firefighter sustained injuries after falling off a ladder during the firefighting efforts.

Additionally, one occupant who was present in the home at the time of the incident required treatment for smoke inhalation.

Delevingne’s luxurious abode, which she acquired in 2019, boasted four bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across over 8,000 square feet.

The property had previously garnered attention for its architectural elegance, having been featured in a spread by Architectural Digest in 2021.

This unfortunate event adds to the tumultuous history of Delevingne’s real estate ventures in Hollywood.

Previously, she co-owned a property with her sister, actress and model Poppy Delevingne, which they purchased from actor Jared Leto.

The house later exchanged hands, being sold to Usher for $3.4 million in September 2022, as reported by the Daily Mail.

Beyond her real estate dealings, Delevingne’s journey has seen its share of personal struggles.

In 2022, she made headlines after checking herself into rehab to address substance abuse issues following erratic behavior captured by paparazzi in LA. Speaking candidly about her experience in an interview with Elle UK, Delevingne credited her decision to quit alcohol for bringing stability and calmness into her life.

Despite the setback caused by the fire, Delevingne’s professional endeavors continue to thrive.

With an eclectic array of television credits to her name, including appearances in “American Horror Story: Delicate,” “Only Murders in the Building,” and “Carnival Row,” among others, Delevingne remains a prominent figure in the entertainment industry.

As investigations into the cause of the fire unfold, the focus remains on assessing the extent of the damage and providing support to those affected by the tragic incident.

For Delevingne, the road ahead may involve rebuilding both her physical abode and finding solace amidst the ashes of this unforeseen catastrophe.
