Diddy denies prison alcohol rumors, claiming he’s following all rules and focusing on self-improvement during his time at FCI Fort Dix.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is pushing back—again.
The rapper and producer, who was sentenced earlier this year to more than four years in federal prison on charges related to prostitution, has once again declared that he’s innocent.
This weeke, a spokesperson for the music mogul came forward to deny reports that Diddy was caught making homemade alcohol while behind bars.
“The rumors claiming Mr. Combs was caught with alcohol are completely false,” the rep told reporters on Sunday. “His only focus is becoming the best version of himself and returning to his family.”
The denial came after a TMZ report claimed that Diddy was found with “prison wine” — a homemade mix made from Fanta, sugar, and apples that ferments over a couple of weeks. The gossip site also claimed that if true, the violation could delay his release date.
But Diddy’s team insists that’s not the case.
“There have been several false and reckless reports circulating about Mr. Combs,” the spokesperson added. “He has not violated any prison rules. His sobriety and self-discipline are priorities, and he is taking them seriously.”
The rep went on to urge the public to “give him the benefit of the doubt,” noting that Diddy is still adjusting to his new environment at FCI Fort Dix, a low-security federal prison in New Jersey.
“This is only his first week at FCI Fort Dix,” the statement continued. “Unfortunately, rumors will surface throughout his time there. We ask the public and the press to give him the privacy to focus on his personal growth and the grace to move forward in peace.”
In October, Diddy was sentenced to 50 months (just over four years) after being convicted on two counts of transporting individuals for prostitution. The verdict came after months of explosive allegations and public scrutiny.
After spending time at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn, he was transferred to Fort Dix on October 30, following a request from his legal team.
His attorney, Teny Geragos, asked that Diddy be moved to the New Jersey facility to help him “address drug abuse issues” and to make family visits easier. The prison sits on a military base roughly 40 miles outside Philadelphia and houses mostly non-violent offenders.
Just a day after his transfer, the first photo of Diddy behind bars surfaced online, showing the disgraced star walking in the prison yard.
Once one of the most powerful figures in hip-hop, Diddy’s downfall has been swift and highly publicized. His conviction followed a series of civil lawsuits and allegations that painted a dark picture of his personal life and business dealings.
Still, the 56-year-old maintains his innocence and claims that he’s using his prison time to reflect and grow.
Whether fans believe him or not, one thing is clear—Diddy’s time at Fort Dix is off to a headline-grabbing start.
