Diddy still pays legal fees and rent for ex-girlfriend testifying against him in sex trafficking case; she alleges coercion and threats.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly continuing to pay the legal fees and rent for his ex-girlfriend, referred to as “Jane,” who is currently testifying against him in his ongoing federal sex trafficking and racketeering case.
Jane, who dated Combs from 2021 to 2024, revealed in court that Combs helped her secure her current attorney and still covers the legal costs. Additionally, she testified that he continues to pay her $10,000 monthly rent in Los Angeles.
Jane’s testimony includes serious allegations, claiming that Combs coerced her into participating in extended, drug-fueled sex parties with male escorts—events she described as “freak-offs.”
Despite repeatedly voicing that she did not want to engage in these acts, Jane stated that Combs threatened to stop supporting her financially and to release videos of the encounters if she refused to comply.
The relationship reportedly continued even after federal agents raided Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles in March 2024. Homeland Security agents also visited Jane’s residence around that time.
According to her testimony, Combs initially connected her with his legal team before she secured her own representation.
Jane said she remained involved with Combs even after Cassie Ventura, another of his ex-girlfriends, filed a high-profile lawsuit in November 2023 accusing him of abuse.
She testified that she was with Combs in Miami when CNN released 2016 surveillance footage showing him assaulting Ventura in a hotel hallway. Jane recalled being “about to eat breakfast” when she saw the video but lost her appetite.
Although they didn’t immediately discuss it, Combs later showed her a draft of his since-deleted public apology video, in which he called his behavior “inexcusable.” The court played audio of that apology during her testimony.
Jane has not filed a lawsuit or requested money from Combs directly. Her testimony is expected to continue through the week. If convicted of the sex trafficking and racketeering charges, Combs could face a life sentence.
