On May 23, 2025, Justin Bieber made a surprise appearance during SZA‘s concert at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, part of the Grand National Tour co-headlined by SZA and Kendrick Lamar.
He joined SZA on stage to perform their duet “Snooze” from her album SOS. This marked Bieber’s first stadium performance since his surprise appearance at Coachella in 2024.
During the performance, Bieber wore an all-black outfit with a Balenciaga jacket and shared a lighthearted moment with SZA, including a hand kiss and dancing together, which delighted the audience.
Hailey Bieber, Justin’s wife, shared videos of the performance on her Instagram Stories, captioning one with “My 2 favorite artists,” showing her support for both her husband and SZA.
The event occurred a day after Hailey celebrated their son Jack Blues turning nine months old, posting a black-and-white photo of him on Instagram. The couple, who married in 2018, welcomed Jack in August 2024.
In a recent Vogue interview, Hailey expressed frustration over ongoing public scrutiny of her marriage, noting that even after seven years and having a child, the commentary hasn’t subsided.
She remarked, “You would think after having a child, people would maybe move on, chill out a little bit, but no,” adding, “So I guess these bitches are going to be mad.”
The Grand National Tour has featured several surprise guest appearances, including Lizzo joining SZA for a remix of “Special” during the first Inglewood concert.
