Khloé Kardashian is giving fans an inside look at her rigorous workout regimen.

The reality star, 39, recently posted a video on Instagram showcasing a session with her personal trainer, Don Brooks, also known as Don-A-Matrix.

The clip featured a heartwarming cameo from her six-year-old daughter, True Thompson, who joined her mom in the gym, eagerly following her around as she ran drills down a footwork ladder.

“Just a peek of this workout…. We did so much more!” Kardashian wrote in the caption, hinting at the intensity of her fitness routine. “I’m still tired.”

Thaïs Aliabadi and Mary Alice Haney, she detailed her regimen, which includes working out five days a week with a mix of cardiovascular intervals and weightlifting.


“I love it,” she said. “If I’m getting ready for a shoot, I’ll do Pilates and my workouts. But now that I’m in a good place, body-wise, that I like, I do sort of eat what I want, but because my brain is so trained, you don’t even want half of the crap or junk.”
