Kim Zolciak-Biermann Called Cops on Husband Kroy Back in April For Allegedly Stealing Phone, Police Cam Shows

The turbulent relationship between former “Real Housewives of Atlanta”

Star Kim Zolciak-Biermann and her estranged husband, ex-NFL player Kroy Biermann, reached a new level of public drama in April 2024.

Recently obtained 911 calls and police body cam footage reveal that Zolciak-Biermann called law enforcement on April 26, alleging that Biermann had stolen her phone and locked himself in her room, in violation of a court order that required them to stay in separate parts of their house.

Zolciak-Biermann, 46, sounded distressed in her call to 911, reporting that Biermann, 38, had broken into the nanny’s room where she was staying and had begun rifling through her phone and personal belongings.

“He’s locked himself in the room going through all of my stuff. He’s taking everything out of my nanny’s suite. He broke in while I was in there,” she told the dispatcher.

She expressed feelings of violation and frustration, explaining that Biermann had been yelling and screaming all night. “I feel so violated. Going through my phone is insane.

I have nothing to hide. I have no privacy. I’m tired of living like this,” she said, her voice breaking with emotion.

Despite the tense situation, she confirmed that there were no weapons involved and no one required medical assistance, though she conveyed uncertainty about her safety by saying, “I don’t know what he’s going to do.”

The body cam footage shows at least three officers from the Milton Police Department arriving at the scene. Zolciak-Biermann greeted them with palpable frustration, outlining the constant chaos she has been enduring.

“This is absolutely absurd that I have to deal with this nonsense. I deal with it every single day. Screaming all day. Yelling all day. Losing his mind all day. Taking my belongings. It’s just, enough is enough,” she told the officers.

The footage continues with the officers attempting to communicate with Biermann, who had locked himself in the nanny suite. They knocked on the door and repeatedly asked for the phone, but Biermann denied having it and did not come out. The video ends without showing the resolution of the standoff.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s relationship has been publicly tumultuous. The couple first met in May 2010 at a charity event filmed for “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” a reality series on which Zolciak-Biermann was an original cast member.

They married in November 2011 and have four children together: Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., Kash, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren. Additionally, Biermann legally adopted Zolciak-Biermann’s two older daughters from a previous relationship, Brielle and Ariana.

Their family life was featured on the Bravo spinoff series “Don’t Be Tardy.”

However, the couple’s relationship has seen multiple legal and personal challenges. In May 2023, they filed for divorce, only to call it off in July 2023 after reportedly reconciling and attempting to make things work for the sake of their children. Despite these efforts, Biermann filed for divorce again in August 2023, signaling deeper issues that were not resolved.

The April incident underscores the intense and ongoing nature of their marital strife. The December 2023 court order, intended to keep peace by requiring them to stay in separate parts of their residence, appears to have failed in preventing conflict. Zolciak-Biermann’s call to the police and her detailed account of Biermann’s alleged behavior reflect the severe strain in their relationship.

As of now, it remains unclear how the situation concluded on the night of April 26. Neither Kim Zolciak-Biermann nor Kroy Biermann’s representatives have provided comments on the incident, and further details about their ongoing divorce proceedings are yet to be disclosed.

This latest public altercation adds to the high-profile and often dramatic narrative of their lives, closely followed by fans and the media. As they navigate the complexities of their divorce and co-parenting arrangements, the hope remains that they can find a resolution that prioritizes the well-being of their children.
