The 26th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards from TelevisaUnivision return to MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Nov. 13, 2025 —Vegas’s 15th time hosting

The Latin Recording Academy has officially announced that the 26th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards will return to Las Vegas on Thursday, November 13, 2025, staged at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
The city’s 15th time hosting the ceremony. Nominations will be unveiled on Wednesday, September 17, streamed across the Academy’s social platforms, setting the stage for a week of events that culminate in a three‑hour live telecast produced by TelevisaUnivision (8 p.m. ET/PT, preceded by a one‑hour pre‑show) and a full slate of Grammy Week experiences including the Special Awards Ceremony, Leading Ladies of Entertainment, and the coveted Person of the Year Gala.
Vegas: The City That Beats to a Mambo
Las Vegas has become synonymous with the Latin GRAMMYs, hosting the awards more than any other city—with fourteen ceremonies already under its belt across three iconic venues, from the Michelob Ultra Arena to the MGM Grand Garden Arena to the T‑Mobile Arena.
For many artists and fans alike, the return to Vegas conjures memories of past triumphs—from Calle 13’s electrifying wins in 2009 at Mandalay Bay to J Balvin’s show‑stopping performances under the glittering lights of 2017.
A Return After Voyages Across Oceans
The choice of Las Vegas for 2025 comes on the heels of the Latin GRAMMYs’ globe‑trotting recent history: after celebrating its 24th edition in Seville, Spain—the first time the ceremony ventured outside the U.S.—and marking a homecoming to Miami’s Kaseya Center for the 25th‑annual show on November 14, 2024 , the Academy brings the celebration back to the Entertainment Capital of the World.
CEO Manuel Abud told Variety that the return is a homecoming to a city “that has welcomed the Latin GRAMMYs for years,” underscoring Vegas’s enduring role in amplifying the global voice of Latin music.
What the Night Will Look Like
The 2025 telecast, produced by TelevisaUnivision, will air live on the company’s U.S. platforms at 8 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. CT), following a one‑hour pre‑show at 7 p.m. ET/PT (6 p.m. CT).
Grammy Week in Las Vegas will unfurl across multiple venues and formats: from the intimate Best New Artist Showcase and Nominee Reception to the grand Person of the Year Tribute and Premiere Ceremony, each event offers a unique window into the creativity and community behind the awards.
Beyond the Stage: Latin Grammy Week and Cultural Impact
More than just a single night of awards, Latin GRAMMY Week underscores the Academy’s commitment to education and mentorship—through programs like Latin GRAMMY In The Schools and the Leading Ladies of Entertainment panels, which spotlight emerging talent and industry leaders alike.
This convergence of celebrations, conversations, and cultural exchange has helped transform Las Vegas into a seasonal epicenter for the global Latin music community.
By returning to Las Vegas, the Academy honors both its history and its forward momentum. The city’s spectacle mirrors Latin music’s explosive evolution—from rumbling reggaeton and fiery salsa to boundary‑pushing fusion and cinematic scores recognized in the new Best Music for Visual Media category, introduced for the 2025 awards to honor recordings that enhance storytelling across film, television, and gaming.
As Vegas lights sync with the rhythms of tomorrow, the 26th Annual Latin GRAMMYs promise to be a night where tradition and innovation meet—and where the heartbeat of Latin music pulses louder than ever.
