Anna Grace Phelan, a 19-year-old TikTok influencer from Jefferson, Georgia, passed away on May 23, 2025, after a valiant battle with glioblastoma, an aggressive and incurable brain cancer. Her family announced her passing on her TikTok account, expressing gratitude for the support and prayers she received during her illness.

Born in Orlando, Florida, Anna was preparing to start her freshman year of college in September 2024 when she began experiencing unusual symptoms, including numbness on the left side of her face and the right side of her leg. An MRI revealed a lesion on her brain, and a subsequent biopsy confirmed the presence of a Grade 4 glioblastoma. Despite the grim prognosis, Anna chose to share her journey on social media, offering a raw and honest look into her experiences with the disease.

Anna’s TikTok account became a platform where she documented her symptoms, treatments, and the emotional toll of her diagnosis. She spoke candidly about her struggles, including balance issues, vision problems, and speech difficulties. Her faith played a central role in her narrative, often expressing trust in God’s plan and encouraging her followers to cherish every moment.

In her final days, Anna continued to connect with her audience. On May 14, she posted a video revealing that her tumor had grown and was affecting her ability to breathe, acknowledging the critical nature of her condition but still holding onto hope. A day later, she shared a video of herself spending time with friends, emphasizing the importance of cherishing loved ones.

Anna’s story resonated with many, and her unwavering faith and positivity inspired countless individuals. Her family expressed their appreciation for the support received during her illness, stating, “Thank you for the countless thousands of prayers for healing and peace. May we all rejoice with the assurance that she is in Heaven now, and she has been healed.”

Anna is survived by her parents, William “Buddy” Phelan and Nadine Phelan, and her brother, Harper David Phelan. A funeral service will be held on May 29 at Galilee Christian Church in Jackson County, Georgia, followed by burial at the church cemetery.
