- ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped - ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped - 4 garlic cloves, minced - ½ cup olive oil - 2 tbsp red wine vinegar - 1 tsp red pepper flakes - Salt and pepper to taste
Finely chop parsley, cilantro, and garlic. Mix with olive oil, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- 2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats) - Salt and pepper
Pat wings dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Toss wings with half of the Chimichurri sauce. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange wings in a single layer. Bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway.
Toss baked wings with the remaining Chimichurri sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
