1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs ¼ cup melted butter 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese 3 large eggs ½ cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract

Ingredients

Mix crumbs & butter, press into 9-inch pie pan

Step 1 – Prepare the Crust

Blend cottage cheese until smooth

Step 2 – Blend Cottage Cheese

Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla

Step 3 – Mix Eggs, Sugar, and Vanilla

Combine with blended cottage cheese

Step 4 – Combine Mixtures

Pour into crust

Step 5 – Pour into Crust

Bake at 350°F for 45-50 min, cool, then refrigerate for 2 hrs

Step 6 – Bake and Chill
