Bruno Mars brought romance to the Grammys, lighting up the stage with a heart-filled performance of his new single “I Just Might.”
Bruno Mars didn’t just perform at the 2026 Grammy Awards — he set the mood. The singer transformed the ceremony into an early Valentine’s Day celebration with a smooth, love-soaked performance of his brand-new single, “I Just Might.”
Wearing a bold red suit and matching headband, Mars took the stage surrounded by his longtime band, the Hooligans, who were also dressed head to toe in red. Behind them, a sparkling heart-shaped backdrop glowed as romantic colors washed over the room.
The vibe was clear: this was a love song moment, and Mars was fully leaning into it.
The performance marked Mars’ second appearance of the night. Earlier, he helped kick off the show with Rosé of BLACKPINK, his collaborator on the energetic hit “APT.”
Their opening number was playful and electric, ending with Mars hyping up Rosé — “Ladies and gentlemen, big bad Rosie!” — as she kissed him on the cheek before belting out her part.
While awards weren’t the main focus of his night, Mars came in with plenty of momentum. Already a 16-time Grammy winner, he was nominated for three more trophies this year, all tied to “APT.” The awards buzz only added to the excitement around his latest era.
“I Just Might” is the lead single from Mars’ upcoming album The Romantic, his first solo release in nearly ten years, arriving Feb. 27. The song’s Grammys debut made it clear that the comeback is personal, polished, and full of heart.
Mars has stayed busy over the years through major collaborations — from Silk Sonic with Anderson .Paak to his Grammy-winning duet with Lady Gaga, “Die With a Smile.”
But Sunday night felt different. This was Bruno stepping back into the spotlight on his own terms.
With a new album on the way and a seven-month world tour kicking off in April, Mars’ Grammys performance wasn’t just a show highlight — it was a statement. Love is back, and Bruno Mars is leading the charge.
