Things just got messier in the Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman divorce saga. Drew is pushing back hard on the court order that says she has to pack up and leave the home she still shares with her estranged husband.

She told the court that she does not have enough money to find a new place by the deadline of May 31, either through renting or purchasing. Because of this, she claims she could end up homeless along with her eldest child if the court does not change its decision.

Drew also stated that her husband, Ralph Pittman, earns nearly three times more than she does. She has presented this pay gap as a big part of her argument before the court.

The custody dispute between the two has also kept getting uglier. Drew has alleged that Ralph initially agreed to joint physical custody but later flip-flopped in court and pushed for full custody instead.

According to TMZ reports, the court has recently granted Ralph Pittman primary physical custody of their two children during the school year. Both parents have been ordered to share joint legal custody, meaning major decisions regarding the children will be made jointly. Starting in August, Drew will have parenting time on alternating weekends.

It was also noted during the proceedings that school-related issues played a role in the court’s decision. Reports suggest that when the children were in Drew’s care, the kids had excessive absences from school, which the court factored in.

Under the court order, Drew Sidora has been ordered to vacate the marital home by the end of next month. This is the same residence shared by both parties. Currently, Ralph resides in the basement of the house, while Drew lives in the upper portion.

It’s worth noting that this ruling is temporary and does not reflect the final outcome of the case. Drew’s rep confirmed the matter is still being actively litigated and is currently in the middle of the final trial.

This divorce case was first filed in March 2023 and has not yet been finalized.

Drew has also called Ralph out for cheating during the marriage and has sought primary custody of the children as part of the ongoing legal battle.

Overall, this case is bigger than just the divorce — it involves multiple serious issues including housing, the pay gap, and child custody, all of which are still under court consideration as nothing’s been finalized yet.
