On April 10, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry showed up at an exclusive private event held in Montecito, California. The gathering was hosted by Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos and his wife Nicole Avant as part of the “Beef Season 2 Montecito Tastemaker” event.
The two looked put-together all night. Meghan wore a chartreuse gown, while Prince Harry opted for a navy suit paired with a white shirt. They were photographed smiling and posing with the hosts, the whole vibe looked pretty chill.
Several well-known personalities were also in attendance, including Justin Trudeau, Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom, and Carey Mulligan, along with cast members from #Beef Season 2.
This comes right after rumors swirled about tension between the couple and Netflix. However, both sides shot that down. The couple’s attorney, Michael J. Kump, said Meghan stays in regular contact with Ted Sarandos.

Additionally, Netflix Chief Content Officer Bela Bajaria spoke up about it, stating that the company is still working with them and that several projects are currently in development.
On top of that, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have also announced plans to co-produce a polo-centered drama series for Netflix through their company Archewell Productions. The project will be set in Wellington, Florida, and will dig into the rivalry between two competing teams and their families.
Last year, Netflix extended its multi-year partnership with the couple, continuing collaboration on film and television projects.
The event made for a pretty glam night out and also indicated that their Netflix deal is still very much alive.
