After three years of marriage, Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form part ways with love, vowing to co-parent their young son together.

Sometimes love changes shape.
Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have decided to end their marriage after more than three years together.
In a statement shared with PEOPLE, the couple made it clear that their decision comes from a place of care, not conflict.
“The decision was made with love and respect,” the statement reads. They added that they will “continue to co-parent their child together” and asked for privacy as they move through this next chapter.
Daddario, 39, and Form, 57, were married in June 2022 in a romantic ceremony in New Orleans. Their love story had first become public in May 2021, when the White Lotus star posted a black-and-white photo of them cuddling on Instagram. By December of that year, PEOPLE confirmed they were engaged.
Over time, their family grew. The couple welcomed their son in October 2024. Daddario announced his arrival on Halloween, sharing her joy with fans. Just months later, in February 2025, she told PEOPLE that motherhood had been “wonderful.”
“I’m very lucky,” she said at the time. “He’s a great baby. He’s just brought so much joy and peace in my life.”
For Daddario, becoming a mom carried deep meaning. When she revealed her pregnancy in July 2024 through Vogue, she also spoke honestly about a previous pregnancy loss.
“Well, I had been pregnant,” she said. “I had loss.”
She described the experience as painful and complicated, explaining that such trauma is hard to fully understand unless you’ve been through it. Her words resonated with many women who have faced similar heartbreak.
Form, a successful producer known for his work on films like A Quiet Place and The Purge, also brought two children into the marriage — Rowan, 9, and Julian, 12 — whom he shares with ex-wife Jordana Brewster.
During their relationship, Daddario embraced her role as stepmom as well.
Though the couple’s romantic relationship has ended, their focus remains firmly on family. Their shared commitment to co-parenting suggests that their young son — now about 15 months old — will continue to be surrounded by love.
In Hollywood, splits often come with drama. But in this case, both Daddario and Form are choosing a quieter path. No blame. No public tension. Just two people acknowledging that life can change, even when there is still respect between them.
For fans who followed their whirlwind romance, the news may feel bittersweet. But for Daddario and Form, this appears to be less about endings and more about reshaping what family looks like.
And at the center of it all is a little boy who, as Daddario once said, has already brought so much joy and peace into her life.
