Dakota Mortensen has been removed from Hulu’s “Vanderpump Villa” Season 3 following the ongoing drama with Taylor Frankie Paul.

Hulu’s reality show “Vanderpump Villa” is currently making headlines due to the ongoing drama between Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen. The situation has now started to impact the show directly.
According to Deadline, Dakota Mortensen will be edited out of the upcoming third season of the series. The decision comes as a result of the controversy involving his ex, Taylor Frankie Paul.
The show, produced by Bunim/Murray, is set to return for its third season on April 16 on Disney’s streaming platform. “Vanderpump Villa” follows Lisa Vanderpump and her team as they create luxurious experiences for their guests. Season three is set in Newport Pagnell in the UK.
Each season features stars from a variety of reality shows, including “Love Island,” “The Challenge,” and “Made In Chelsea.” Mortensen was part of the trip, which was discussed during Season 4 of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.” He traveled alongside Jordan Ngatikaura, Chase McWhorter, Mason McWhorter, Zac Affleck, and Jacob Neeley.
However, Mortensen will no longer appear on the show due to an ongoing domestic assault investigation. The investigation began after a video surfaced showing Taylor Frankie Paul throwing metal stools at Mortensen in the presence of a child. At the time, Paul was set to star in “The Bachelorette,” but following the incident, Disney shelved that season of the long-running dating show.
The drama has also affected another series, “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” with production on Season 5 currently paused.
Despite this, Mortensen will still be seen on another reality project. He is set to appear in Alex Cooper’s series “Unwell Winter Games,” alongside “Mormon Wives” star Demi Engemann. The show will launch on YouTube on April 6. The news was first reported by Variety.
