Motown legend Smokey Robinson is facing new allegations after a male accuser stepped forward seeking to join an existing sexual battery lawsuit filed earlier this year.

The new claim comes as four Jane Does previously sued the singer and his wife, Frances Gladney Robinson, accusing them of sexual battery, assault, and gender-based violence — allegations Robinson denies.

According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the male accuser, identified as John Doe, says he began working for the Robinsons around 2013 at their Chatsworth home, primarily cleaning and detailing their vehicles early in the morning.

He claims that on several occasions Robinson approached him outdoors wearing only underwear, touching or fondling his erect penis in full view. John Doe alleges that Robinson made sexually suggestive comments, gestures, and even beckoned him toward a nearby room.

The accuser says he repeatedly rebuffed the alleged advances, sometimes telling Robinson to “put some clothes on.” He further claims that the behavior escalated in 2022 when Robinson allegedly grabbed his hand without consent and attempted to force it onto his erect penis.

After the incident, he says he was fired, though he returned a year later at the request of Robinson’s wife. According to the lawsuit, the inappropriate behavior allegedly resumed.

The new Jane Doe accuser claims she, too, was subjected to similar conduct while working as a housekeeper for the couple, alleging that Robinson attempted to force her to touch his penis more than 10 times.

Robinson’s attorney, Christopher Frost, reiterated that all allegations are part of what he describes as a “coordinated, avaricious campaign” to extract money from the 85-year-old singer, insisting the claims are fabricated.

He says the Robinsons have asked the court to require the anonymous accusers to provide evidence and reveal information they believe would expose inconsistencies.

Both the Robinsons’ legal team and attorneys for the alleged victims have not issued further comments regarding the newest claims.
