The bitter divorce between Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley, 49, and estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley, 58, has escalated dramatically, with a cascade of court filings painting a portrait of financial chaos, alleged intimidation, and a $6 million Encino mansion teetering on the edge of foreclosure.

The couple announced their separation in May 2024, and Dorit pulled the trigger on divorce proceedings in April 2025 — hours after PK was photographed kissing another woman, later identified as CBS reality star Shana Wall. Since then, the legal battle has grown increasingly acrimonious, with both parties’ finances now laid bare in court.

At the heart of the dispute is the couple’s six-bedroom, 10-bathroom, 8,901-square-foot Encino estate — a property carrying two mortgages totaling $6 million. Dorit has accrued $842,000 in debt to two private lenders, Tanka LLC and Private Money Solutions, and has not made a payment since September 2025.

PK has since vacated the property and is petitioning the court to authorize an immediate sale, arguing the home is rapidly losing equity. When PK proposed that Dorit and their children temporarily move into his current residence while the matter was resolved, her alleged reply was blunt: “Over my f***ing dead body.” As of May 8, 2026, a judge has not yet ruled on PK’s request.

Court documents reviewed by the Daily Mail allege that Dorit spent $1.4 million between October 30, 2025 and January 6, 2026 — with over $1 million categorized as personal expenses, including luxury retail, wardrobe, travel, and glam costs, while only $339,000 went toward family-related expenses.

A brand-by-brand breakdown obtained by TMZ shows approximately $68,000 at Louis Vuitton, $70,000 at Chanel, $38,000 at Hermès, $21,000 at Net-a-Porter, $22,000 at Saint Honore, $20,000 at Anton Jewelry, and $6,000 at Gucci.

Dorit has pushed back on those characterizations, arguing that her Bravo contract requires a certain level of on-screen presentation and that such expenditures are professional necessities — not extravagances.

Court filings reveal that Dorit’s total income stands at $3,559,095, while PK earned $3,304,482 — though his net figure drops to $2,624,713 after business expenses and loans.

PK separately disclosed a net monthly income of approximately $91,999, with assets including roughly $435,000 in cash and bank accounts and $2 million in property. On family spending, PK contributed $1,901,305 compared to Dorit’s $338,918 — nearly five times more.

Adding a fresh flashpoint to the proceedings, mutual friend Justin Levine has filed a declaration in court claiming Dorit demanded two $50,000 payments — totaling $100,000 — allegedly for the children’s expenses during a Spring Break trip. PK’s filings allege that Dorit threatened to “ruin his reputation and his relationship with his girlfriend” if the payments were not made.

Levine described Dorit becoming “increasingly hostile” during their phone call, and claimed she made clear that non-compliance would lead her to “engage in dirty games.”

Dorit has publicly stated that PK was solely in charge of the couple’s finances prior to their separation, and that she only learned about the pre-foreclosure situation weeks before it became public. PK has flatly disputed that account, claiming he repeatedly warned Dorit about the foreclosure risk and that her portrayal of events on RHOBH constitutes a “false narrative.”

PK has since been linked romantically to creative executive Tatiana Kharchylava, whom he was introduced to through longtime client Boy George. The couple’s children — son Jagger, 12, and daughter Phoenix, 10 — remain at the center of the custody and financial dispute.

Representatives for Dorit Kemsley have not issued a public comment. RHOBH Season 15 airs Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
